New Creekside Holiday Cottages For 2025
We can’t wait for another Summer season of welcoming you to this beautiful corner of Cornwall that we call home! As well as our favourite featured properties which many of our guests return to year after year, we are pleased to welcome some new cottages to our collection for 2025.
Let us introduce them to you, four special places to stay in Mylor, Malpas and Penpol!
Pondhu
Bring twelve of your favourite people to stay in this stunning property situated right at the heart of picturesque Mylor Churchtown. Pondhu has been renovated in a modern style to an extremely high standard, with light, airy rooms and an impressive balcony terrace. The majority of the five bedrooms are laid out downstairs, leaving the living room and large kitchen dining room to enjoy elevated views out over the marina and surrounding countryside. Whatever time of year you visit, you’re sure to be cosy with underfloor heating and a woodburning stove – perfect for winter afternoons or late summer evenings.
As well as the large balcony with patio furniture, there is a small private garden and plenty of parking and boat storage – to be treated like gold dust in the nautical hotspot of Mylor harbour!
The property is also within a stone’s throw of Castaways Restaurant and Cafe Mylor, as well as Sol Seek Yoga Studio and the chandlery for all your boating supplies. In the neighbouring village of Mylor Bridge, you’ll find an independent shop selling fresh produce and charming local pub The Lemon Arms. You’re also just 15 minutes drive from Falmouth with a whole selection of shops and restaurants, beaches and points of interest to explore.
Pondhu has a wonderful offer for May … enjoy 20% OFF … just check our calendar for availability.

Cliff Cottage
Prepare to be wowed by the stunning interiors of Cliff Cottage! Perched on the shores of Restronguet Creek, you can enjoy peaceful views across the water to the tree-lined foreshore beyond, truly feeling tucked away in nature for your short break or week-long stay.
Situated on the outskirts of ‘Point’ near Devoran, the cottage is in a peaceful part of South Cornwall, just minutes from the National Trust Trelissick Estate and the playful Loe Beach Cafe & Watersports Centre.
Sleeping up to six people, this property has direct water access and private parking is adjacent,, with space for two cars. Make the most of the river on your doorstep by paddling across to the Pandora Inn, or exploring further around to Loe Beach and Trelissick. If a more leisurely waterside experience is your cup of tea (or something stronger!), you’ll feel almost afloat on the spacious terrace or balcony, both of which sit at the river’s edge.
Cliff Cottage is available and offering 20% off stays until the end of May, and is also bookable for shorter breaks and getaways.

Victoria Point
For those wanting to explore both of our glorious Cornish coasts during their holiday cottage stay, the waterside village of Malpas is situated just outside Truro at the top of the river. Our latest addition, Victoria Point, gives you waterside views from your terrace, whilst actually being quite centrally located about half an hour from the remote Roseland beaches, Perranporth and the surf on the North Coast, and the cultural coastal town of Falmouth.
However, there’s no need to jump in the car for every outing, as there are fantastic walks from the village itself, which are much quieter than many of the busier tourist hotspots during the Summer months. Stroll up the river to the picturesque village of St Clements, and then onward to Tresillian. Just a few minutes walk from the cottage you have the renowned Heron Inn, along with The Heron Farm Shop for all your self-catering needs. You can also catch the ferry from here, a novel and traffic-free way to reach Falmouth town or St Mawes on the Roseland.
The cottage itself has two king bedrooms (with river views!) and a twin, with allowances for one small to medium sized dog. Off-road parking for two cars is also available, and the property has an outdoor terrace with a barbeque, as well as an elevated garden with a lawn and summerhouse all enjoying a panoramic outlook over the peaceful Truro river.
Make the most of the 2025 discount of 20% off stays in April and May, or check dates for shorter breaks also available…

Rose Hill House
Situated in the friendly local village of Mylor Bridge, Rose Hill House can welcome five guests in two king bedrooms and one single. Overlooking the village green, play area and head of the creek, you’ll feel at home straight away! Walk a couple of minutes up the road to the village stores or the local pub, or take a longer hike across to the Pandora Inn or round to Mylor Churchtown.
Staying in Mylor, you are also just 15 minutes drive from Falmouth town or the city of Truro, for a wider range of dining and shopping opportunities. The property has allocated parking for one car and possible extra parking on the road.
Once you’ve returned from a day out exploring Cornwall, cosy up in the beautifully renovated living room or kitchen-diner, with top of the range appliances including a Nespresso machine and music sound system.
Enjoy 20 % off your Mylor Bridge holiday cottage stay until the end of May, just check the dates on our interactive calendar and let us know when you’d like to come!

We are always pleased to be able to hand-pick new cottages to add to our collection, and we’re sure the ones we’ve chosen will make for a brilliant stay. As always, if there’s anything we can help you with in your booking or holiday planning, just let us know.
