Cliff Cottage offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with breathtaking views across Restronguet Creek and easy access to the water for sailing and kayaking. The property features underfloor heating, coastal-inspired décor, and a seamless mix of old and new.

On arrival, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway. To the right, the main sitting room offers panoramic creek views and opens onto the waterside garden terrace. Behind it, a charming pink snug with a wood-burning stove and television provides the perfect hideaway for quieter moments. Further along, the dining area leads to a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with a Range Master stove, large SMEG fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, two serene bedrooms await — one with a king-size bed and the other with a versatile zip-and-link twin/super king bed. The family bathroom features a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a washbasin, all with lovely creek views.

On the other side of the front hall, is a ground-floor toilet and stairs lead to a cozy double bedroom with stunning creek views, accompanied by a shower room with a toilet and washbasin.
