With water sports hire, chandlers, public slipway along with two popular restaurants Castaways and Café Mylor both a stones throw away. The Harbour is also home to Mylor Yacht Club and Restronguet Sailing Club both having an active sailing calendar during the summer season. While Pondhu is close to all this action it is quiet and secluded and, with easy access for launching boats.

The harbour town of Falmouth is around 5 miles distant, offering an exciting range of restaurants, bars and galleries together with the landmark National Maritime Museum. The nearest village is Mylor Bridge with a good range of local facilities, including a butcher, fishmonger, general store, newsagents and the Lemon Arms.

Detailed Description

On entering the house on the ground floor is a capacious hallway, with the ground floor sitting room, utility room with washing machine and clothes airier and cloakroom. The remainder of the ground floor has been arranged with 4 bedrooms, one king-size double with an en-suite bathroom, a second king-size double along with the twin bedroom sharing a bathroom and the quadruple twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs to the first floor, with a large galleried landing of which is the master suite with super king double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath & separate shower also a separate dressing room. Along with an office with potentially to be a six single bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.

On the other side of the landing you walk through the spacious main sitting room with a wood-burning stove, beyond this the large kitchen dining room with views out over the harbour.

This contemporary fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a large Bertazzoni electric range cooker, a Fisher & Pykle Fridge freezer, a Bosch Steam oven with Air Fryer, two Miele dishwashers and a wine fridge.

Outside is plentiful parking and boat storage along with a small private garden surrounded by mature shrubs.
