For larger gatherings of up to 10 people! Lawithick Barn (sleeping 4) sits within the same ground as Lawithick Farmhouse, ideal for extended family or larger groups. It is available to let separately from the farmhouse.

The harbour location is ideal for boating and water sports, with easy access to boat hire, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more. Scenic coastal paths lead up the creek to the village of Mylor Bridge, which boasts a thriving community and excellent facilities, including a well-stocked general store, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent, post office, and a traditional village pub.

Mylor Yacht Harbour itself features a bustling marina with a delightful café serving fresh food, along with Castaways wine bar. From here, you can walk around Trefussis Headland to the village of Flushing, where a foot ferry connects to Falmouth, home to cycle trails, historic attractions, and beautiful Cornish beaches.

Detailed Description

The farmhouse itself has been beautifully renovated. The spacious kitchen and breakfast room features French doors opening onto the terrace and is extremely well equipped, with a fully fitted layout including an electric Aga, tall fridge, separate freezer, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large, comfortable sitting room includes a wood-burning stove and television, and leads into a formal dining room. There is also a separate snug that provides an ideal workspace, along with a ground-floor cloakroom.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: two super-king rooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with twin beds and en suite. A generous family bathroom is located in on the landing, offering a bath, separate shower, toilet, and wash-hand basin.

Outside, there is ample parking for three cars, a spacious terrace perfect for evening barbecues, and lawned areas surrounding the house.
