Detailed Description

The front door opens directly into the well-equipped kitchen and dining area; 5 steps up to the beamed living room has a wood-burning stove, television, and oak floor. Filled with charm at every turn, the wooden-beamed living area provides a relaxing retreat, and the wood-burning stove is a great way to keep extra cosy while planning the next day’s adventure.

French doors lead to a small courtyard garden where long summer days can be enjoyed while eating alfresco or simply enjoying the tranquillity the area affords.

The double bedroom has a 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom with an over-bath shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The twin bedroom also has an en-suite wet room with a wash hand basin and toilet.

This converted barn boasts an enviable location 200 yards from Mylor Yacht Harbour with its restaurants, cafe, water sports facilities, and public slipway. Adjacent to the owner’s property, relax on the terrace or enjoy the garden with views over the river.

The little church of Mylor nestles on the hillside overlooking the water, an excellent location for exploring the waterways surrounding Fal Estuary plus Helford River and creeks. The nearby village of Mylor Bridge provides a pub and local store, Flushing with a pub and restaurant and a foot ferry to Falmouth, with its National Maritime Museum, art galleries and sandy beaches.
