Daaku, is where the chefs and owners pursue their passion for Indian cuisine and Cornish produce. They like to mix ancient and modern techniques and presentations to achieve their style of food. In addition, they run cookery classes, organise feasts and sell high-quality spices sourced from India. Jasmine learnt cooking from a tender age as the chosen ‘sous chef’ in her granny’s kitchen in India.

They use grass-fed free-range Cornish beef from an award-winning butcher, Philip Warren, as well as organic buns from a local artisan bakery, Da Bara. Don’t be fooled by their name though! They also offer an impressive vegan and vegetarian menu, all made in house from scratch.
