Detailed Description

At Mylor Yacht Harbour, just a short drive away, there is a good seafood restaurant, a wine bar and excellent water sports facilities, along with boat hire and sailing schools.
The house is perfectly placed for all that Cornwall has to offer, from the magnificent coastline and beaches, glorious gardens, castles, museums all to explore.

The accommodation is reversed, although, on the first floor, the access is from the front door, as the house is built into the side of a hill. A large entrance hall leads to the spacious living room, with comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove, colour television, DVD player and fibre optic superfast broadband.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has an electric double oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave, two dishwashers, a large refectory dining table, a small sitting area, and a colour television and DVD player having panoramic water views. In the back porch is a tumble dryer with the back door giving access to the garden.

Downstairs are the three bedrooms, the master doubles with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a bath, shower above, toilet, and wash hand basin. The further two bedrooms, both with twin beds, a shower room, toilet, wash hand basin, and washing machine. Oil fired central heating throughout the house.

Outside, the garden has been landscaped with a wooded area to the rear and lawns leading to the water’s edge but having privacy, perfect for those lazy days. There is ample parking for many cars, boat storage, and the private shingle beach to launch small boats.
