Overview
An attractive, 4 bedrooms, period cottage in an exceptionally peaceful position, with outstanding views over Restronguet Creek and the Carrick Roads. The property adjoins a private shingle beach, suitable for launching small boats, only by prior permission. A deepwater mooring is also available.
The 13th century Pandora Inn is reached by a short walk along the Creekside footpath. Access involves crossing a tidal beach, over which unusually high tides can limit passage by car for short periods. The path from the garage crosses a sunny, sloping garden to a flat lawn area in front of the cottage – perfect for evening barbecues.
