Detailed Description
Waterside House is over two levels, with its seaside position and beautiful views over to Falmouth, with steps leading right into the water in front of the house, leaving the possibility of a sea swim or two.
The Falmouth Estuary is well known for its boating history, and by sitting by the window, you will see many boats go by, whether small fishing boats or glorious sailing vessels gliding through the water. If you fancy trying your hand on the water or want to pick up an old hobby, there are plenty of Sailing and Watersport Centres.
This romantic location is fantastic for couples looking for a peaceful getaway together or for a family holiday with plenty of activity options right on your doorstep.
A traditional little cobbled path leads to the entrance at the side of the house. On entering the house, you have a plush comfortable sitting room with beautiful views on one side and an open-planned kitchen diner on the other side.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a beautiful master bedroom with a king-sized bed and French windows to a balustrade with spectacular views of the seaside, a fantastic spot to sit and read with a cup of tea or share a bottle of wine. A well-finished twin room leads to a small children’s bunk room that can be made upon request.
A family bathroom is upstairs, also with a bathtub and shower.
There is a small yard at the back of the house through the kitchen, which is good for drying towels and wetsuits after a day at the beach or storing bicycles.
A brilliant base for exploring the best of Cornwall, from beautiful beaches to gorgeous gardens and mouth-watering food or, if you prefer, just sitting back and enjoying the views.
