The Wheel House overlooks Restronguet Creek with far-reaching views over the Fal estuary and the Roseland Peninsula. The property is ideal for those who love messing about in boats, walking or just relaxing and is less than 50 metres from the famous Pandora Inn with its delicious food and brilliant floating jetty.

The village of Mylor Bridge just up and over the hill offers a good selection of small shops. At Mylor Yacht Harbour, just a short drive away, there is a wine bar and excellent water sports facilities along with boat hire and sailing school.

It is ideally placed to explore all Cornwall offers, from the magnificent coastline and beaches to glorious gardens, castles and museums.

Detailed Description

Open plan living room with television & DVD player, a fully fitted modern kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table. At the other end is the sitting area with a colour television & DVD player, with 180-degree panoramic views over Restronguet Creek.

The bedroom at the back of the apartment has a king-size double bed; across the corridor is the shower room with a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.

Outside to the side of the apartment is the terrace patio overlooking the creek with garden furniture.

There is parking adjacent to the apartment or on our private quay, perfect for launching, storing boats and trailers, and a dinghy is available for guests to use (May – September).

With a private slipway and beach with swimming at high tide, available for guests too.

A tidal mooring and dinghy outhaul are available if required.
