This ground floor apartment has level access with the front door opening into the hall off which is the comfortable living room, with colour television DVD player, CD Radio and dining table; through to the fully fitted kitchen, with electric oven, separate hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

From the sitting room is the double bedroom with a king-size bed, through which is the conservatory sitting room.

Also off the front hall is the bathroom with bath, electric shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. Heating throughout by slimline radiators.

Street parking can be just 30 yards away.
