Overview

Rhinos Barn is full of character with beamed ceilings, tucked away in the peaceful, picturesque waterside hamlet of Restronguet. An idyllic retreat with views over Restronguet Creek and the 13th Century Pandora Inn only 100 yards away.

The village of Mylor Bridge just up and over the hill offers a good selection of small local shops. Situated between Falmouth’s harbour town with the Maritime Museum Cornwall just 5 miles away and only 10 miles to the Cathedral City of Truro.

Detailed Description

The entrance is via the garden and patio into the upper level. The front door opens into an open plan kitchen/living room featuring vaulted beamed ceilings with windows on four sides with garden and water views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The comfortable living room has a smart television.

A wooden spiral staircase leads down to the hall and ground floor entrance door. The bedroom has a super-king double, with the adjacent bathroom with a bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. Heating throughout by night store radiators.

Outside there is a private sunny garden, a storage area for bikes and boat bits and ample off-road parking. Our private quay is perfect for launching, storing boats and trailers, and a dinghy is available for guests to use (May-September).
