Polyn is a short drive from Falmouth. Here you will find a host of shops, bars and restaurants, the award-winning National Maritime Museum and Trebah Gardens, which is not to be missed. Falmouth is the sailing capital of Cornwall, with its spectacular deep-water natural harbour offering a haven for both cruisers and racers. Many events are held through the summer culminating in the famous Falmouth Regatta Week.

Detailed Description

On entering the house into the vestibule with stairs leading to both the lower ground floor and first floor.

On the lower ground floor is the majestic open-plan living room with fold doors opening onto the large south-facing patio with views over the creek. Adjoining is the very modern & beautifully fully fitted kitchen, with 2 built-in ovens & a gas range, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, a smaller under counter fridge & microwave. The dining table is tucked away from the kitchen with views over the creek.

Also on this floor is a double bedroom with a super king bed, with access out onto the terrace. There is a separate shower room with a toilet & wash hand basin, alongside the utility room, with a washing machine and coat storage.

Upstairs you will find three further bedrooms, the master suite with a super king double bed, with french door opening out onto the balcony. The dressing room leads you into the en-suite colourful bathroom; with a bath, large walk-in rain shower, toilet & wash hand basin.

The two further bedrooms both have twin beds, one having access to the balcony. Across the landing is the large family bathroom, with a bath, large walk-in rain shower, toilet & wash hand basin.

Off the front hall is a games room with a pool table. Outside to the front of Polyn is a lawn surrounded by mature shrubs, with access to the creek. There is parking for 2 cars outside the house. At the bottom of the garden, there is direct access to the creek, perfect for launching kayaks & paddle boards.
