Situated on the outskirts of the village, this detached cottage has an extensive mature garden facing south and west. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation with a warm and welcoming atmosphere providing an ideal holiday retreat at any time of the year.

The village Mylor Bridge has a good range of shops and pubs with the waterside thatched Pandora Inn just half a mile away at Restronguet where access to the water for the boating enthusiast has been arranged, with launching, boat storage and parking.

The cottage benefits from level access to the front door with the entrance hall leading to the comfortable sitting room with television, video and CD stereo. The New extension houses the fully fitted kitchen with a range stove, dishwasher, built-in fridge freezer & microwave and a breakfast bar with views out over the fields. A large dining area adjoins the kitchen with french doors opening out onto an enclosed sunny courtyard. Next to the dining room is the ground floor twin bedroom and the snug with views up the adjoining field, a separate shower room with wash hand basin, toilet along with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Stairs lead to a landing, with access to the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a hand wash basin and toilet also a second twin bedroom, both offering views up the garden, and the family bathroom with bath, handheld shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

There is ample off-road parking for cars and boats.

The trees and flower borders provide the perfect retreat for a quiet read or an evening barbecue in the large mature garden.
