Overview
Situated in the waterside village of Flushing, New Quay Lodge is a Grade II listed building overlooking the river to Falmouth. This beautiful property was originally constructed in 1703 for the home of a Merchant Ship Captain.
Flushing is a quiet village with some great walks around the headland to Mylor. It is also linked to Falmouth via a passenger ferry ride from the quay which is a short walk from the house. Kiln Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the village also has two pubs, a fish restaurant and a very well stock village store.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A MAXIMUM OF 6 ADULTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED AT THIS PROPERTY. THERE IS PROVISION IN THE TWIN ROOM FOR 2 EXTRA CHILDREN

Detailed Description
The house is laid out in reverse style with a king size double and twin bedroom on the ground floor. The twin room also has two pull-out beds making this an ideal room for children. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower toilet & wash hand basin, with the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The magnificent hallway and grand staircase lead to the kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and dining table and the adjoining living room all of which have superb views over the river.
There is a small double bedroom on the first floor, but please do bear in mind that this is a small room with restricted access to one side of the bed, also a shower room with toilet & wash hand basin.
The back garden at New Quay Lodge is a pleasant lower patio garden with steps leading up to a higher-level deck area and garden which also has views over towards Falmouth. The garden gets good sunshine for much of the day and is a private and tranquil place to relax.
Parking is at the back of the house with access through the garden.
