This delightful three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage overlooks Restronguet Creek; it has panoramic views from all rooms out over the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads across to the Roseland Peninsula. The large terraced garden, again with stunning views, has a large deck area for alfresco dining.
This 18th-century fisherman’s cottage forms one of two adjoining cottages. Although only accessible by foot, a car can be offloaded one-minute walk away, and ample road parking is only a picturesque five-minute walk away. The 13th-century Pandora Inn is reached by a short walk along the Creekside footpath.

Detailed Description
Bask in the morning sun outside the kitchen door whilst enjoying the stunning view of the yachts in Restronguet Creek and the open expanse of water to Feock and the fields of St Just in Roseland. Alternatively, relax through the day in the secluded terraced garden with breathtaking views across the creek.
Upon entering Crockna Godna you are greeted with a large kitchen consisting of a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine and microwave. Through to the back of the kitchen is a utility area where the washing machine and tumble dryer are found as well as a downstairs toilet.
Through to the open plan lounge/dining room perfect for relaxing evenings by the wood burner or dinner parties with your friends and family. The spacious lounge has a large flat-screen smart TV and a Blu-ray player, with super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the cottage.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a super king bed (zip & link super king or twin) and a double bedroom with a shower room located in between these two rooms. The final bedroom, a twin bedroom is located at the end of the hallway where you will also find the family bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside, there are outstanding views from a small sitting area in front of the kitchen door and a large private sunny terraced garden accessed via steps to the side of the cottage. You have access to the foreshore & jetty with room to store kayaks or small dingy through the next-door garden. Mylor Boat Hire will deliver boats/kayaks/SUPs to the cottage and do a handover.
Stoll down the footpath to The Pandora Inn, only 5 minutes from the cottage. Need to pop to the shops? The village of Mylor Bridge is just over a mile away, it has a very well-stocked general store, newsagents/post office, butcher and a pub called The Lemon Arms. The harbour town of Falmouth is only a 5-mile drive away and the Cathedral City of Truro is a 10-mile drive. To the surfing beaches on the north coast spend only 30 minutes in the car this magical cottage is a true gem for an idyllic Cornish holiday.
Please note that although Crockna Godna has only pedestrian access, cars can be quickly offloaded one minute from the property, tide permitting, with road parking an easy and picturesque 5-minute walk away.
Adjacent is Morning Star, perfect for larger groups.
