Overview

Situated on the south side of Mylor Creek, this semi-detached two bedroom cottage occupies a genuinely excellent position offering panoramic views over the creek. Mylor Yacht Harbour is at the entrance to the creek; this cottage is ideally located for a peaceful holiday.

A good selection of shops and a pub are to be found in the village, and a fish restaurant, wine bar, sailing schools and boat hire are on offer at the yacht harbour.

Detailed Description

At the front of the cottage is a colourful border and path leading to the front door, which opens into the hall. On your right is the comfortable lounge with wood burning stove, television, DVD player and video. In the middle of the cottage is the bathroom, which is located on the ground floor with a double-ended bath, walk-in shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

At the rear of the cottage is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The separate dining and the seating area has a large sliding door leading onto the decked terrace and the pretty garden below.

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, one king-size double bedroom with French doors leading out onto a balcony with great creek views and one twin bedroom. Plus a third bedroom with a small child’s bed.

Night storage heating throughout.

There is gated access to the creek at the bottom of the garden via steps leading down to a small quay with a rowing dinghy.
