Overview

Brabyns is situated overlooking Mylor Creek, this peaceful detached cottage is only a short distance from the village of Mylor Bridge, which has a selection of good shops and a pub.

The harbour is close by with its sailing schools, boat hire and two excellent restaurants. The cottage is ideally placed for all that Cornwall offers, from the sandy beaches and coves of the south coast and the castles, museums, and the magnificent north coast beaches and coastline, all to explore.

Detailed Description

Steps lead up to the house from the garage to a large decked terrace overlooking the creek.

On the ground floor, the front door opens into the hall; on one side is the comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove, television, DVD, video and wifi. On the other side is the double bedroom, with views over the creek. The second bedroom on this floor is a twin bedded with an en-suite bathroom, bath shower above, toilet and wash hand basin.

At the back of the cottage is the dining room and the modern, fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges, one with a freezer box.

There is a utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer leading to the ground floor shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.

Stairs lead to the third bedroom with twin beds, with views of Mylor Creek; on the landing is a shower room with a toilet and wash hand basin.

Central heating throughout.

Outside at the rear of the cottage is a terrace with steps leading up the sloping garden to the top terrace, which has views over the creek.
