Overview

This end-of-terrace two-bedroom cottage is in the quiet waterside fishing village of Flushing, situated close to the water’s edge. The cottage has been beautifully re-appointed and well-equipped.

There is a passenger ferry to Falmouth from the village, which operates from the Quay, with Kiln Beach and Trefusis Headland just 10 minutes walk away. Flushing is well-placed for exploring all parts of Cornwall.

Detailed Description

The front door opens directly into the cosy sitting room, with wood burning stove, television, DVD, video and CD Hifi; to the other side of the cottage is a large dining room.

Stairs lead up from the sitting room to the two spacious bedrooms: one double with television; and a twin bedroom, both of which have glimpses of the harbour. At the top of the stairs is the door leading out onto the new roof terrace.

The bathroom is situated on the ground floor with a bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen is at the back of the cottage, with an electric ceramic hob, built-in oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, and breakfast table.

The back door opens into a small gated courtyard with space for parking one car and room to sit out for an evening barbecue. One well behaved dog is welcome.
