Woodbine Cottage is a traditional detached 18th Century stone cottage that rests in the heart of Mylor Bridge, just yards from the head of Mylor Creek. This beautiful cottage sleeping 8, being renovated throughout, offers spacious accommodation. This friendly village has a superb selection of shops along with the excellent Lemon Arms village pub, with several other local restaurants all within easy reach. Mylor Harbour is close by with its yacht marina and visitor’s moorings, sailing school, boat hire and water sports centre. The famous thirteenth century thatched pub, the Pandora Inn at Restronguet, is just a 5-minute drive up the road.

The front porch into the house into a large open plan sitting room and dining area, with a large granite fireplace with woodburning stove and television. Through to the modern and fully fitted kitchen with a built-in oven and microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. On the other side of the cottage is the utility area with a washing machine & tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is a large shower room with a wash hand basin & toilet.
The new Cornish oak staircase leads up to the four bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed with television, a second double both overlooking the front of the cottage. There are also two twin bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet and wash hand basin.
Outside is off road parking for up to 3+ cars, a large patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ area.
The cottage is ideally placed for exploring all the many delights that Cornwall has to offer, from rugged cliffs, sandy coves and traditional fishing villages. To the harbour town of Falmouth and the Cathedral city of Truro with a great range of shops being just a 15-minute drive away. Places of local interest include Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum, along with the magnificent gardens at Heligan, Trebah, Trelissick and Glendurgan. Further afield is the Eden project or travel west to the Lizard peninsular, St Ives and Land’s End.
