Detailed Description

Enjoy a comfortable sitting room with a corner sofa, smart television, DVD / Blu-Ray, CD player along with DAB radio. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a generous king-size bed in the bedroom and a modern shower room with a double shower cubicle. Sun loungers are also provided for those times you might wish to relax and unwind in the lovely courtyard which also contains a BBQ for al fresco dining. This surely has to be the perfect sanctuary for a romantic break.

Just a short walk from this stunning retreat is the award-winning Heron Inn, an excellent pub serving local ale and good food. A little further you have Malpas Marina which is simply beautiful with breathtaking river views and a perfect spot to relax, shop and catch up with friends over coffee and cake at The Heron Farm and Coffee Shop. From here there are regular boat trips down to Falmouth, the third-largest natural harbour in the world. You can disembark at Trelissick, a National Trust property featuring a waterside historic house and large gardens. The city of Truro is less than a couple of miles away with its cathedral, shops and eateries.

One small /medium well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge of £30.00). Dog bed and bowls provided.

Cot and highchair are available. Due to the very high standard of furnishings, we are unable to accept children who are not ‘babes in arms’.

A flight of 14 stone steps lead from the parking area down to the front door, making this property the perfect Cornish hideaway.

Please note this property does not have water views.
