Overview

Sabusita is situated within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Perran Foundry, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the banks of the River Kennal. Part of the old The Hammer Mill, a now smart private residential development. The foundry dates from 1791 and was a hub of the industry until 1879.

Located just a short drive from the harbour town of Falmouth as well as the Cathedral City of Truro. Plus beautiful walks, one quite literally out the door through Devichoys woodland following The River Kennal.

Detailed Description

The property has retained the original architecture of the old Foundry building but incorporated superb contemporary features throughout the property with slate flooring with underfloor heating, oak beams and exquisite fully fitted kitchens with solid oak worktops and integrated appliances.

It is located between the harbour town of Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro. A short stroll will take you to the award-winning Norway Inn, a well-known local landmark and a most popular historic pub with plenty of character, serving excellent food.  It’s ideally situated for Mylor Yacht Harbour, Restronguet Creek and the 13th century Pandora Inn, with numerous gardens, including the Eden Project, Heligan, Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, all within easy reach.
