Detailed Description
The front door opens directly into the well-equipped kitchen with a double oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a large dining table; just off the kitchen is the utility room with the fridge, freezer, and washing machine with a door to the garden.
Just beyond are steps leading down to the cosy living room with bi-fold doors opening onto the terrace with estuary views over the enclosed garden and the fields beyond, along with a television, DVD player and woodburning stove. The Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a king-size double with an en suite shower room with toilet & wash hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room with a toilet & wash hand basin.
Everyone will relish the tranquillity of this cottage with its private terrace & garden. For outdoor enthusiasts, the opportunities are limitless for walking in the area and tuition for many forms of water sports at Mylor Yacht Harbour, where you can hire dinghies, kayaks, and canoes. Lovely Cornish gardens at Glendurgan, Trebah and Trelissick are a delight to explore locally, and the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens are a little further afield.
