Morning Star is a tranquil hideaway occupying an elevated position, commanding gorgeous views over Restronguet Creek, across the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads and onto the Roseland Peninsular.
This 18th-century former fisherman’s cottage is situated on the coastal path, just a short distance from the 13th century Pandora Inn. The waterside garden has access to the jetty and foreshore, this magical cottage is a true gem for an idyllic Cornish holiday. To offload your car is just one minute walk away from the cottage with ample road parking is only a picturesque five minutes walk away. Adjacent to Crockna Godna Cottage, perfect for larger groups.

On entering Morning Star, the comfortable sitting room is on your left, with an open fire, large flat screen smart TV with catch up, free sat and a DVD player. The dining room is on your right with a CD stereo, through to the well-appointed and equipped fitted kitchen, with a large gas range cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
A small utility area with a washer/dryer machine leads to the ground floor shower room with a toilet and wash hand basin. The kitchen is the side lobby with a fridge/freezer and the side door leading to the enclosed terrace garden.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, a double bedroom, a second double with a super-king (zip&link) bed and a twin bedroom; all the bedrooms have panoramic views out over the creek. There is a small stylish bathroom with a bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. There is super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the cottage.
The main garden is across from the front of the cottage, with a large decked area, with furniture, sun loungers and terraced lawn. A path leads down to the foreshore, jetty and boat mooring.
The Pandora Inn is just a 5-minute stroll from the cottage, the village of Mylor Bridge is just over a mile away, which has a good selection of shops, a very well stocked general store, newsagents/post office, butcher and The Lemon Arms pub. Just a 5-mile drive to the harbour town of Falmouth, a 10-mile drive to the Cathedral City of Truro and just a 30-minute drive to surfing beaches on the north coast, a perfect holiday destination.
Please note that although morning Star has only pedestrian access, cars can be quickly offloaded one minute from the property, tide permitting, with road parking an easy and picturesque 5-minute walk away.
