Delta Cottage is the childhood home of Olympic Gold Medallist Ben Ainslie. Enjoying panoramic views over the creek and giving access to Carrick Roads, this period fisherman’s cottage is comfortably furnished and situated on the west side of the picturesque Restronguet Creek.
The cottage occupies a tranquil position at the end of a private lane. Access involves crossing a tidal beach, over which unusually high tides can limit passage by car for short periods. Footpath access is available at all times.

The property enjoys panoramic views over the creek and across the Carrick Roads. There is a small garden to the front of the cottage with parking 20 yards away. The 13th century Pandora Inn is reached by a short walk along the creekside footpath.
On the ground floor is a very well equipped fitted kitchen with a built-in hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, dining area, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, back door leading to an outside toilet. Stairs lead to the lounge with an open fireplace, television, video and CD stereo.

There is a first-floor bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower above, a wash hand basin and a toilet. There is a double bedroom with a washbasin and a twin-bedded room with a washbasin on the top floor. Take care of young children. Wifi is available.
Heating throughout the cottage is by night storage heaters.
