Just 300 yards down the hill, a private shingle beach gives you access to Restronguet Creek and the Carrick Roads. These sheltered waters form the third-largest natural harbour in the world, ideal for sailors of all abilities.

Detailed Description
This is an idyllic family location where you can walk across the fields to the village of Mylor Bridge and explore the creekside footpaths to The Pandora Inn, perfect for children’s crabbing. To the front and side of the cottage, there is a large sunny garden complete with a patio area suitable for barbecuing.
This cottage adjoins Chybean. There is ample private parking for cars and boats.
On entering the cottage, the comfortable sitting room with its original beams, inglenook fireplace housing a woodburning stove (logs supplied), with television, video and CD stereo. The large kitchen/dining room with its farmhouse-style table is well equipped, warmed by an oil-fired Rayburn, electric stove dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. A door leads to the downstairs bathroom with a bath, separate shower, wash hand basin, and toilet. A utility area has a washing machine.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms comfortably furnished, one double, one twin and a single overlooking the garden.
Heating throughout the cottage is by night storage heaters.
