This cosy 300-year-old Grade II listed cottage is situated on a family-run farm surrounded by the waters of Carrick Roads. There is a private shingle beach within 300 yards down the hill from the house, suitable for launching small boats by prior permission.
Footpaths are plentiful from the cottage, and the 13th Century Pandora Inn is reached by a 15-minute walk along the creekside path. The village of Mylor Bridge is 1 mile away and has an excellent selection of shops and the popular Lemon Arms traditional pub.

Detailed Description
There is ample parking at the rear of the cottage with a door leading to a well equipped small kitchen with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is the refurbished ground floor shower room with a wash hand basin and toilet.
The living room has a wood-burning stove, logs supplied, dining table, television, DVD, CD stereo and iPod docking station.
A door leads to an enclosed sunny garden and patio with a table and chairs at the front of the cottage, ideal for barbecues.
Stairs lead to a comfortable double bedroom with a wash hand basin.
Heating throughout the cottage is by night storage heaters.
